Give it a new ability called "Nostalgia".
This makes everything function like it's gen 1.
It can ignore the existence of steel types, Blizzard gets 90% accuracy, all normal moves are physical and hyper beam doesn't need to recharge, and special moves scale with SpDef instead of SpAtk.
