I tried using one in emerald, I remember her being extremely underwhelming. I don't think she learned any bug moves at all back then. At least now they get prankster and defog.

Most of gen 5, 6, 8 are utterly forgettable, useless pokemon.

Gen 3 and 4 have a fair amount

Gen 2 even fewer.

Gen 1 and 7 have a decent amount of useful and memorable pokemon, despite how much I hate Alola as a region

I never once used it as a kid.
Stats way too low for a single stage mon received after the fifth gym, it should have had 490 or more. The ability should automatically set weather somehow, maybe based on what hypothetical "weather stone" castform is holding.
