>>44314661>>44314681>>44314690It's not over-animated, it's poorly animated. It favors blatant waving around instead of subtle shifts in posture and changes in expressions which reflect reality. Even if you want your character super-expressive and animated, you should recreate (to an extent) how people look when they exaggerate for comedic effect. No one ever looks like the OP even as a joke, which is why it's off-putting and uncanny valley-ish, imo
