Nitpick aside, I'm curious why there were given the types they had. Rock/Fighting is great, but Cobalion is an inferior but sturdier Lucario and I won't even touch the mess that is boomerang head.

They are a bit overly cartoony to me but still pretty cool. Fits in that realm of Pokemon that I'm glad exist but probably wouldn't use.

I think their little lore is nice and that they aren't supposed to be that powerful, just three capable warriors that are training their sucesor.
Would be neat to get a "master" form Keldeo in a few years and a new apprentice mon.

I actually really like Cobalion. It's got a nice colour scheme and I like how it's intended to be the intimidating leader. The other two are okay, they have really weird faces.

Reminder Virizion is not a deer. It's a gazelle/antelope. The swords of justice are different types of bovine.

Virizion = Gazelle
Cobalion = Greater Kudu
Terrakion = Mountain Goat

Virizion and Terrakion look extremely stupid. Why can't Terra look like pic related?
Cobalion i the only good one. It'd be perfect if it had real ears instead of that "colar".

Gazelle/antelope are essentially goats that evolved to fill the deer niche in africa. Africa only has one species of deer native to it. Both are similar in appearance but gazelle/antelope are more related to goats and cows than deer.

Them and Keldeo should have been in Kalos. Hoopa and the legendary birds can go to Unova though I think Hoopa and its arabic influence does fit into Kalos.
