And they're based for it.
Unironically one of the best evil teams to date. They were an obvious red herring especially since the fucking opening cutscene made the Aether Foundation appear evil, but Team Skull were so entertaining with their tryhard gang shtick that they were some of the few characters I didn't mind bumping into.
Guzma was especially great.

At least with team skull the grunts were interesting and weren't just repetitive robots slaved to their leader's bidding.
