Is more about singles not being balanced anymore, BSS has a mon with over 60% usage, VGC is the only way to play high tier right now. Even UU is a disaster.
And even if they ban the broken stuff, Crown tundra will be released in around 3 months fucking over the tiers.

The cool thing about OU is that the meta is dynamic and problem children can be banned if they fuck up the meta too much.
Magearna is on the chopping block for a ban right now, and the 2nd most used OU mon has less usage than the most used VGC mon.

Cinderace will be banned before that happens, and omgon won't unban it even when legendaries are introduced because it's too offense-oriented.
