Porygon-Z has become one of the only "if you have this mon, you WILL Dynamax it" Pokemon next to the G-Maxes and Dragapult due to Adaptability Hyper Beam scaling insanely with Max Strike, and the speed drops accompanying it (along with some redirection support) mitigate its weakness of being too fast Trick Room and too slow and linear for complete all-out Attacking.
Not to mention that its naturally good coverage combined with its high Special Attack make it a natural threat with Dynmax even past the Hyper Beam absurdity.
