1. Oasis Torkoal (Grass/Fire)
Now lives near an oasis in a desert instead of a volcanic cave
Since it burns more slowly Torkoal never becomes charcoal, instead it has a bell-shaped wooden shell filled with branches.
Since it now has access to its previously limited Grass abilities, Torkoal can evolve into Torblaze, whose shell is now filled with logs and burned into a stone-like charcoal around the edge. It is still a Grass/Fire type.

2. Deep Water Magikarp (Water)
This form of Magikarp can only be found while diving. It has adapted to its habitat by growing longer and becoming a dark blue color. Deep Water Magikarp have become much stronger than their counterparts, and at level 40 underwater they evolve into the Water/Dragon Oarrage. Oarrage looks much less intimidating than Gyarados, but that hides it's real power. It has evolved in the pressure of the deepest parts of the ocean, giving it higher defenses than Gyarados and a focus on special attack.

Ghosts inhabiting electronics is not something wildly niche. Also Pokemon has had many overlapping concepts countless times. I think having two ghostmons that possess electronics is fine.

Ice/Fire or Water/Fire Primeape based on the Hot Spring Macaques that live in the mountains of Japan. They relax in the hot springs of their home, but the second they get out, they get incredibly angry again, prompting them to get back into the hot springs. As such, they don't get much done.

I've got an idea for a Grass/Fairy regional variant for Skitty & Delcatty.
Skitty is just cute and green with one of these cacti for a tail. No idea what to do for Delcatty.

Delcatty are terrible pokemon who feed off of fermented cactus juice and become incredibly deadly in a drunken stupor - fighting anything that threatens their territory.
