Kirby not only beat the shit out of it, he did it in such a manner that it's heavily implied he turned it into another Kirby or that he IS Void in an alternate manifestation and he's just breaking laws of time and space to fight his original form in a paradox loop.
Arceus wouldn't stand a chance.
