The premier electric type of the region it's kinda dumb anon. Red has a Pikachu because its his starter mon in Yellow and the rest are just gift mons in said game. I guess the rule for the "canon" team is the starter/s + gift mons or story mons.

Since Scorbunny suits Gloria more, I think it makes sense for Victor to go with either Grookey or Sobble
Then there's Hop, and to make the type matchup work as in the games, Hope should have Sobble, which to Victor's Grookey
So the starter is Grookey

swampert could work too but He seems to be more seen with sceptile so that's what I went with and linone has some cool synergy with trace as you could simple beam a pokemon and then switch in gardevoir to trace simple.
