Since it is probably that GF will give Arceus a new form in the inevitable Gen 4 remakes, what are the chances of it resembling this cute thing?

No chance. At the most, that’s how the overworld model will look, when you interact with Arceus it stomps and the “fog” blows away and it’s just normal Arceus

Cute? I suppose anything could be "cute" in some people's eyes.

I really like the idea that our Arceus is just a piece of a much greater whole; the "Avatar" theory. Just like how Eternamax-Eternatus is not legally obtainable, neither should Eldritch Arceus.
