I forgot about Yanmega, I think it's cooler. Beta garchomp is ok but not a improvement. Everyone would be acting the same way if blue garchomp was the betamon and orange garchomp was the true one.

Dude the beta Vesbiquen looks sick as fuck, definitely an improvement over the final. It has a much stronger creepy Flatwoods monster going for it that's completely gone in the final.

Also snover and abomasnow were just straight improvements in the beta. You can tell they just downgraded the designs for the final

Regular Hippowdown is brown hippo with blowholes, one of the worst Gen 4 designs to begin with.

it took me until gen 6 to find out rampardos was pure rock and not rock/fighting like i imagined. I was immensely disappointed. This is a million times cooler. Would work as a regular evolution.

I actually really like this beta Rampardos. It also makes me miss sprites — it’s so easy to imagine this thing in this pose about to headbutt the fuck out of its opponent.
Colors are actually cool. Could see this as a Mega we will never get.
