I think that means it succeeded, because that's the point. It's supposed to be a good disguise, so why should it be so easy to see the body? If it was OBVIOUS that it was actually a tiny humanoid hiding in a disguise I think that'd have made it a failure.

Still, it's got a much higher sp.atk and better special move pool, as well as semi-reliable recovery with Draining Kiss. I think it works better as a CM user than an SD one. Does this technically mean Hat's a slow frail mixed attacker though?
