Unless it is zacian level stats or above he will be worthless, grass/psychic is 4x weak to u turn, one of the most common and most available moves in the game.

Celebi has good movepool, the same type and ok ability and is ok in UU.

I think calyrex will have high special attack like 145 and 80 speed and be able to learn things like ice beam

The second form with the horses will be agile, like 130 speed

The second forms will be OU

Calyrex is going to have two other forms where it fuses with/mounts a pair of horse legendaries.
Base Calyrex will be anywhere from RU to OU.
The other 2 Calyrex's will almost certainly be Uber unless GF forgets to give one of the forms any good moves like they did with Kyurem-B.
