Okay, it gets a signature move.
Call it something like Thunder Pounce. 90 BP, physical, no recoil, and prevents the opponent from using sound-based moves for 2 turns.
Also gets access to the fang moves, flame charge, and some slashing moves like night slash, shadow claw, and psycho cut.

Honestly, Cheetahs are real weak when it comes to raw power. Sometimes they get their kills stolen by Hyenas because they can't fight back. They don't even have the strength to carry their kill to tree tops like Leopards do. Keeping that in mind I would make it a special attacker so it could abuse Electro Ball. With stats like:

Electric/Dark

Stats: 65/55/50/105/75/150
Ability:Electric Surge/Flare Boost
Give it moves like:
Electro Ball
Night Daze
Scorching Sands
Overheat
Its signature move could be a special version of Extremespeed

Even lions get their kills stolen by hyenas, because hyenas are tough motherfuckers that have a bite specialized in breaking bones to eat the marrow.

Compared to most animals they do decent damage and are extremely fast, what they lack is defence.

Fair enough. It's my bad for making it seem like hyenas are jobbers when that's far from the truth. And I should've explained that the reason that they can't fight back is their bad defense. That's why I put the physical defense 25 points lower than its special defense.
