This. Slaking is not broken, so he's well deserving of a Mega and it's 100BST boost. Use most to patch up the RU-tier sp.def and speed, the rest to attack, then give it Huge Power as suggested. Bam, now it's at least usable. Not broken considering just how shit it is right now, it's literally impossible to make him OP.
