In a format with open team sheets, however, you lose that advantage and the only advantage Arcanine keeps is its base speed of 95 compared to Incineroar's 60. The thing is, with how common TR is, as well as Expanding Force, a base 60 speed Dark type is arguably better than a base 95 without Dark in the grand scheme of things.
