I really don't think anyone would like Incineroar if not for Smash showing us how interesting, expressive, full of character and actually cool Incineroar can be with a proper developer trying to make the Pokemon look appealing. I know he definitely changed my mind on Greninja as well. Truthfully if not for Pokken I'm not even sure how I would feel about Blastoise in 2020 despite it being my first Pokemon when I first played Blue version all the way back in the 90s, and Pokken is literally the reason I fell in love with Scizor again and seeing the way Weavile fights in that game is a thing of beauty.
All I can say is, there really had better be a Pokken 2, and I didn't even play that game for more than 30 or so hours, I never became a competitivefag with it either, but the Pokemon franchise needs stuff like that. Seeing how these creatures actually look when doing shit is amazing, honestly.
