Was browsing TCRF looking through the Diamond & Pearl Beta Sprites and found that the Arceus sprite is black.
Was this like the original color or they changed the color in a different build of the beta?

Multitype was already implemented. It changes body color based on the plate.

Basically they never changed him because it's both of them. The white one is normal type and then he has 17 other forms for the 16 other type and the ??? type that existed before fairy typing
