I agree. with baton pass it's a strategy that is hard to counter, teams that do counter it often fails to other common teams. Many people have shown that no matter how many bans or rules you put out there is always a mon you can always work around it.

The Moody clause is pretty weird, looking at it. Every single Pokemon with access to the ability is Untiered - is Moody Bibarel so overwhelming and oppressive that it had to be banned to Ubers, and so bad without Moody that it's unusable?

They haven't banned Acupressure so I assume the Moody clause exists because it does it "for free" and automatically every turn, rather than taking a move slot and dedicated setup time.

The difference between Accupressure and Moody is that moody is always activated every turn so you can protect sub protect sub infinitely until either you get an evasion boost or defense/speed boost high enough so your sub wont break. However this is RNG dependent. Accupressure on the other requires you to always click it every turn and not clicking it doesnt grant you any boost unlike moody. It's also the same reason why UU bans drizzle but not rain dance because just by merely existing, rain dance activates when drizzle is in the field but rain dance itself has to waste a turn and one turn is the equivalence of losing or not, lost momentum or not.

Evasion is a stall strat and doesn't beat stall at all. Dugtrio was used almost exclusively by stall to remove problematic wallbreakers from the game. You don't play. You don't even spectate.
