So when are they gonna talk more about transferring Pokemon from Go to Home? Its weird that they haven't talked about it more.

With how successful Go is, I doubt they're going to abandon the idea, so why haven't we heard more yet?

I've been thinking for a while, and I think its because we're going to get another Pokemon like Meltan, as in, available only through Go to be transferable to the main games.
That's what I think is holding it up, coinciding with that, and of course, Covid delaying stuff in general.

Maybe, but right now all mon slots in next DLC are accounted for. Unless they have surprises beyond the surprises we datamined.

Considering we now know that they can and will patch new Pokemon in, I think thats a given. Plus Meltan wasn't in the Alola Pokedex. Plus take the Ultra versions into acount/

It goes without saying, but the days when we know all Pokemonin a gen as soon as the gen begins are over.
Remember, they never wanted us to know about Mythical Pokemon before until they themselves reveal them, so now that will actually be the case. And don't think for a second there won't be a brand new Mythical Pokemon next year for its new movie.

Honestly, I only started to follow Go as a formality for Meltan and the possibility of other things only obtainable through it.
I'll probably end up transferring some of my main guys from it to use in the main games.

Pretty sure GO just had catchable Victini and Genesect, two of the only mythicals not already in the game that are slated for Crown Tundra. I wouldn't be surprised if they release that functionality between now and the release date of the second dlc

They had genesect as a raid for GO fest and there's some research with victini I think. Granted I don't play GO so this is kind of secondhand.

Victini was the final reward for the special research quest for Go Fest ticketholders on Go Fest day 2. It's safe to say the Victini special research will be available for everyone else later this year as was the case with Mew, Celebi and Jirachi.

Also Genesect and Deoxys will be coming to raids later in August. Both can be encountered shiny on top of that.
