Its only STAB is Judgement so you can forget about using a physical set, making it extremely predictable. Its "Gimmick" on unresisted STAB is already taken by Marshadow, who hits harder. You'd have to build your team to support it in Ubers. Best case scenario, it's a mediocre wallbreaker that you use in place of Marshadow when Mashadow doesn't fit well on your team well or you want 2 Marshadow-style wallbreakers for some ungodly reason.
Good teammates for it would be bulky Yveltal, Landorus-T, and Zekrom for the slow U-Turn / Volt Switch. Mega scizor could work too. Tapu Koko could be a helpful teammate for setting up Screens while so you can Calm Mind and get a stronger unresisted STAB to hopefully sweep the enemy. Tyranita and Mega Gengar could also be good potential teammates as well, for Pursuit Trapping or Perish-Trapping specially defensive threats like Blissey that could potentially stop your ??? Arceus.
I think if I were to play a team with it, it would look something like:

Bulky Dusk Mane Necrozma
Deoxys-A
Basic idea would be to overwhelm the opponent with hard to resist moves and hard to resist combinations of moves and then mop things up with one of your faster threats at the end.
Important question: What stat would Dynamax ??? Judgement boost?
