Breakdown/rationale:
Machamp has the higher base HP but Conkeldurr retains the reliable recovery through STAB Drain Punch, Machamp has higher attack power and better Sp Def while Conkeldurr becomes a physical wall on top of its recovery. Conkeldurr keeps STAB priority while Machamp has to rely on Bullet Punch (decent against Fairies coming off of 150 Attack). I think that should be enough for them to be at least on roughly equal footing.
Also buff Dynamic Punch to 120 Base power as suggested many times in the thread.
