Skull has a "excuse" to be idiotic bumblefucks with shitmons.
It is actually a shame, because i was kinda interested in them (and Marnie) before the game came out because dealing with the Hooligans of a rival could been fun, but they don't really do ANYTHING aside from obsessing over like two Roadblock Mons and then block the Dark Gym, and then they are Good Guys.
