What state of Pokemon?

Having better quality of life so the game is more fun to replay and build different teams?
Having better online matchmaking so you have things to actually accomplish with your Pokemon?
Introducing additional co-op modes so you can have fun playing with your friends?
Adding more and more Trainer customization options so it's more fun to role play as the Trainer you want to be?
Giving each Pokemon more and more animations that give them more personality?
Introducing a Wild Area and overworld encounters so finding Pokemon is actually fun?

Sounds like the franchise is doing great to me.

At what cost? The story and campaign are bare bones, the difficulty is laughable, the characterization is dogshit, and sometimes the game hardly works online. Streamlining something comes at the cost of possibly alienating the older fans, and that is what has happened.

Anon, shills know exactly what's wrong and probably agree with most of us. But their "careers" depend on the pokemon brand being healthy and popular so they can't publicly make big claims against it other than small innocent criticism to try to look like they're fans who just like the franchise.

I mean I literally described what a shill is.

There's no point in "redpilling" them because either a) they agree with you already or b) wont use their influence against TPC.

I do think its scummy they go against fans though.
