I have literally never read a fanfic that matches the quality of even a competent novel. Pornfics are especially bad.

What fandoms? I think Pokemon has especially bad fics, but there are plenty of competent fanfic writers out there.

Best way to find good stuff on A03:
Exclude crossovers
Exclude the tags for A/O/B, Alternate Universe, Coffee Shop AUs, trans, High School AUs, Modern AUs, ect.
Exclude explicit rated content unless you are actively seeking it out.
Filter for complete works only.
Sort by Word Count, best stuff is generally between 2000-10,000 words anything over 100,000 words is probably terrible.

Show Posts	All Only With Images Only Without Images Only Spoiler Images Only Non-Spoiler Images
