The box legendary gets given to you before the 1st gym.
It's level 100 and you're the OT so it doesn't even disobey you.
You can't remove it from your party.

Evasion, Accuracy and Crit are now all actual stats that can be leveled up, EV trained and have beneficial/hindering natures. This was done by us at GameFreak to allow Pokemon to be more varied and exciting for both long-term fans and those new to the series. It also will add extra depth for those in competitive. Ha ha ha!
