Alright I disagree with Marowak, but can understand it.
Gyrados and Seadra, sure. Seadra evolves into one anyways and Gyarados could reasonably fit. He's on enough Dragon-trainer's teams.
Onix is a no go though, especially since he would lose it for Steel upon evolution anyways.
