>>44405224Man I just don't get this sentiment. I often feel like walking speed is too fast, and I'd prefer it to be slightly slower, and this includes gen 4. Although I do always set text speed to fast. I find I prefer to move through areas slowly, as running through them kinda feels like a waste, I only ever use the run button if I feel like the in game tone calls for it. It's sorta autistic but yea. Point is, I see people complain about how the newer games spoiled them, yet I've played the newer games and 90% of the QOL changes exclusively apply to competitive fags, things like battle speed and such are actively done worse in the newer games. I exclusively play the older games because the newer ones honestly just feel worse to play
