Gen 6 has a much higher filler ratio
it has its standouts for sure like Greninja, Sylveon and Aegislash but it's only ever the same few pokemon people talk about for that gen while everything else gets ignored

I fell like opinions on gen 5's lineup varies alot on what types you like. On onehand its selection of certain types like bug and dark are amazing but then you got stuff like the awful selection of water types and there only being 3 poison type lines in a 150 mon dex
