There's probably copies of RBY and GSC with Pokemon caught more than 18 years ago on them.
Ruby and Sapphire, the oldest games that you could transfer all of your mons from to the current gen, is almost 18 years old, so we're almost at the point where adult Pokemon can be in Sword and Shield and, with the new battle ready feature, be used in official tournaments.

yes but those won't have the caught dates
the oldest pokemon you can get are the ones caught in d/p
