>>44414064It's more likely that the Tapus will get the terrain boosted moves. Every grass type except for Shiinotic can learn Grassy Glide. Every Electric type except for Stunfisk can learn Rising Voltage. Every pyschic type except for Wobuffett, Solrock, and Lunatone can learn Expanding Force.
Misty Explosion are way more restricted as only a handful of Fairy types can't learn it, so Tapu Fini has the lowest chance of actually being able to learn it.
Ideally they shouldn't get it but Game Freak obviously thought Mega Kangaskhan was perfectly fine in the beginning.
