Something overhyped. Blue (and Red) was my shit back in the day and we all loved exploring glitches and discussing the rumours and mysteries of the game with our schoolyard chums, but today all that information is readily available on the Googles and the actual game itself really doesn't have that much to offer compared to its successors.

leave a 1 star on the seller and contact ebay. Dunno if things are different now but back in 2012 when I bought a fake Emerald I got a full refund from ebay and ignored the chink bastard wanting me to take the one star review calling it a fake cart

I'm afraid that is a bootleg. The actual cart (which I still have from my youth) says "MADE IN JAPAN" and "PAT. PEND" up near the top and the screw is down near the bottom rather than in the middle as it is on yours. Yours is also missing the "MADE IN JAPAN" on the front and the Nintendo Seal of Quality logo.

On the plus side it seems to play fine and bootlegs use flash to save instead of RAM, so you don't need the internal battery and therefore don't have to worry about changing it every 10 years.
