I made a program that and was able to calculate this score for every type combination. I'll post it here as soon as I get access to my computer. Turns out the best pokemon typing according to the methodology is flying/steel. Keep in mind that I made some changes to it. For example: instead of multiplying the vectors of type effectiveness to calculate the attacking score, I went with the best STAB, and some other changes.
