>>44425555>Red, Blue, Green protagonists are 11.>GSC protagonists have no given age, though Silver seems to be older, so they might be slightly older too.>RSE protagonists were confirmed to be 12 with the release of ORAS>DPPt protagonists have no given age either, my guess is tweens to early teens>BW protagonists are confirmed to be 14 in BW>BW2 protagonists don't have a given age, as of BW2 Hilda and Hilbert are 16>X/Y protagonists also have no given age, my guess is mid teens, Serena seems like she's designed to look a bit older than the other protagonists>SM/USUM protagonists are 11, other characters are between 11-19 (Mallow and Kiawe are definitely late teens), not counting Lusamine and Wicke who are 40+, and Lillie is somewhere around the protagonist's age, but might be a year or two older>SwSh protagonists aren't given an explicit age, my guess is somewhere around 13/14 though, Melony the gym leader is over 30, Nessa and Sonia are definitely over the age of 18, Bea is ambiguous, but likely somewhere around 18 given body shape, Klara is over 18 too. Most of the gym leaders are adults, a few exceptions like Blue who would be 13 in GSC, Cheren who would be 16 in BW2, Liza and Tate, and Iris who is probably early teens.
Most champions are also adults, except Iris and Blue.
Trial captains are all over the place though. As mentioned before Mallow and Kiawe are definitely intended to be older teens, Mina is definitely an adult, but Sophocles, Lana, and Acerola definitely seem to be around the protagonist's age.
Unfortunately this is the Pokémon world where 11 year olds are drawn like they're 16-18, and the only characters who are clearly adults are in their 20's or 30's (or 40+). GameFreak and TPC know what they're doing, the director of the anime even referring to the girls as eye candy.
