Koko will get suspected. Maybe not banned, but 100% suspected.
Lele will be quickbanned. Unquestionably. Might even start the gen in Ubers.
Bulu will get supsected and almost certainly get banned. Keep in mind that Rillaboom is already top 10 and Bulu will only be better.
Fini is the only one I can see not getting suspected.

Terrain-boosted STAB Grassy Glide is 136.5 power, making it the strongest priority move outside of Yveltal's Sucker Punch.
Bug is worse by far. U-turn is the only good bug move and most of the good abusers of it are even bug types. The power doesn't even matter. It's only good because it's a pivot move that nothing is immune to.

Even if it's Modest with Specs, it's still only a chance. A very high chance, but Ferrothorns can crank up their SpDef in response to Lele spam.

Why would they willingly turn Lele into a fucking nuke? In doubles EF not only does insane amounts of damage but also hits both Pokémon. I can't imagine Smogon being fun because is D-Max not allowed to soften the blow or change the terrain without having to switch. Not to mention that thing with a Choice Scarf is concerning.
