B2W2 mandatory tutorial sucks. Gen 6 or 7 had less tutorials and were way shorter but people complain because it’s new.
SM even left things like Festival Plaza as an optional tutorial, in case you want to use it. But you can play the main story without reading that tutorial if you don’t care about the Plaza shit. But what happens when you don’t care about the Poke Star shit, PWT, or Join avenue shit??? You must see the tutorial, it’s mandatory. And of course before that you have to eat the catch tutorial, the pokémon center one...
