First of all, lmao.
Second, Dragapult's problem is that it can't switch in, and a scarf doesn't help that. Timid unscarfed Dragapult outspeeds Jolly scarf Dracovish anyway. Vish can just rip a fat chunk out of Dragapult, switch out unharmed, and now Dragapult will get KO'd if it ever switches in again.

I like the massive amount of choices it has. It leaves a lot of room for creativity and strategy, even before the battle begins.
And the game is easy for children because of the pants-shittingly stupid AI, how easy it is to get overleveled, and how terrible the NPC teams are, which aren't factors when playing against another human.
