Lillie (Nihilego) Lusa (Pheramosa) and possibly Wicke (Celesteela?) All have that clean clinical scientific white/pale look and are partly translucent plus overtly feminine, it fits creatures that would blend into Aether corp and act as a sort of 'family' who all work together
Guzma/Xirkitree has eratic movements and exposed cables kind of hint at Guzma being a literal live wire who is quite self destructive, but his pose is also very confident/dangerous as a cocky gang leader should be. I can imagine Guzma would have been the first UB to be 'discovered' due to him being reckless and stupid blowing his cover
Gladion I'd push more to being Kartana since he's literally a small edgy boy trying to act tough, but with Hala I can't think of much beyond him being just a big guy
