Drunk and tired but gonna try and gonna make this work in OU. Willing to drop Exca and Necro as well as make fairly substantial changes to the other mons.

Why not just drop the excadrill and turn it into a UU team?

HDB on flygon is probably not too important, you resist rocks and are immune to the rest. A sitrus berry would actually probably do more good for it on average.

Scizor is still OU I'm pretty sure
I'd recommend maybe Terrakion. It's ability could prove useful for baiting dark types and getting an attack boost, plus it can set sneaky pebbles.
Though for the Rapid Spinner replacement (if you need it) I have no idea

I have defog on flygon and I don't mind losing my own hazards. Should I do a bulky set or a more offensive variant. I'd bet on bulky since I'm gonna want to take a hit or two to increase attack.
