With May, my tastes just haven't changed regarding her, I still like her about as much as i did as a kid if not more. >>44484604May was the first pokegirl I liked and for several years was the only one I liked. She's no longer my favorite as some gen 5/7 girls have overtaken her but she's easily still in my top 5-10. As far as the other prominent earlier anime characters; I don't find Jessie attractive, didn't start to find Delia/Lorelei or any other gen 2 girl attractive till my late teens and Misty/Erika/Sabrina I only started to like a few years ago. Granted, the other anon is right in that all the female characters aside from Delia, Jessie and Misty got very little screen time which may have also played a large part in that.
