By playing the earlier gens. Sadly I doubt anything will realistically ever be done about boots because their effect itself isn't really "broken", it's just that the kind of playstyles and team structures they enable are absolute cancer.

This is literally just the standard stall build with a Blissey over Chansey and nothing else changed.

Though admittedly it really makes no sense to put a Teleport Blissey on stall so I'm not sure what OP is trying to accomplish with that change. What momentum exactly is being retained on this team?

The Blissey doesn't have teleport.
I replaced Chansey with it because getting a Defog off with Mandibuzz can actually be pretty difficult in most matchups and Chansey would too often gen worn down by rocks.

pex is probably the best hazer
