Its 80 Attack isn't much but when you account for the fact that it gets strong moves like STAB Icicle Crash, Head Smash, and more coverage in Liquidation, Zen Headbutt, and Iron Head and the fact that it can just run Band, it's fast enough, just strong enough and with enough coverage to get revenge kills on many Pokémon, especially after prior damage.
