I like its design.
Wish it wasnt just worse Staraptor
>Lower Atk and Spe than Staraptor
>Lower SpA than Swellow and no Boomburst
>unreliable luck based abilities
>Not compatible with a single fighting type TM/TR
>SpA is low as fuck so it cant use Heat Wave
It didnt even learn Brave Bird until gen 8.

It had the misfortune of coming after Staraptor, the first regional bird to actually be good in terms of viability, but turned out to be yet another physical Normal/Flying regional bird. If they made it a different type, made it a special attacker or even just made it viable then it wouldn't have been met with the disappointment of not living up to the expectations Staraptor set.
