Why? Pastel Veil is not bad. Sure it would be better on a tank/support mon, but its fine.

Maybe No Guard so it's Play Rough wont miss all the god damn time...

Pastel Veil is shit when Immunity already does the same and Poison Heal and Magic Guard are way better. And poison is the less used status (other than freezing) on doubles.
