>>44472878Boot priority is held in the BIOS. Different motherboard manufacturer's have different hotkeys to access the BIOS. When you restart your PC, you'll see the manufacturer's logo pop up on the 'Splash Screen', and you'll likely see something in the corner along the lines of "F2 = Boot options". Different manufacturers use different hotkeys, so if it isn't shown on the screen then google whichever company whose logo you saw + BIOS.
>"Asus BIOS", "Dell BIOS", etc. Once you're in the BIOS, you'll see something similar to pic related, depending on manufacturer. Simply set the HDD that is holding Ubuntu to boot priority #1. Then whenever the HDD is plugged in and you turn on your computer, it will default to booting whatever OS is loaded first on the HDD. Change the boot priority back once you're done if you want.
