As for the tutor moves, thats actually really nice of you, I think I have a handful of Pokemon that could benefit from some tutor moves. I already sent over 1 eevee, any chance you could evolve one of them into a Vaporeon and teach it Flip Turn?
I've also got a Golduck that I wouldn't mind having Flip Turn on too and a Deciduye that I'd like to have Poltigeist on.
Thats all I can think of so far but I'll let you know if I think of any more
