I hit 1550 in NU.
Even the special sets don't run coverage for pure poison types.
If you can't work your way around a toxicroak then you're just trash at teambuilding.

NU powerlevel is still too low (it wont get most of the isle of armor powercreep until next month), Toxicroak is being used as a special attacker, with 86 Special Attack.
It just too weak for RU and higher without too much support.

Toxicroak is fine because it only fucks over defensive teams useless they run shit like Psybeam Weezing.
Offensive teams dont really care about it as its slow/frail and has to relly on vacum wave to deal damage.
