Wouldnt be a problem if this wasn't 2000 elo, highest viability teams.
I believe theres a tournament right now, which is why there's "LT71LX" names all over the current OU ladder.
Not sure since I don't check Smogon.

Stall tends to be a really safe and brainless playstyle.
People use it because it's an easy way to get high on the ladder, so it's extra common when there's a suspect test or an upcoming tournament.

There should be a switching limit in singles 6v6 just like there is a ledge grab limit in smash, especially if it involves regenerator Pokemon. The game literally doesnt progress in scenarios like the OPs match, not even by PP consumption.

I recall that there used to be some kind of clause where if you didn't use any PP for a certain number of turns, you'd automatically lose.
I'm not sure if that's still in place but it should be.

Toxapex needs to be banned and Regenerator is insufferable cancer. At least without Regenerator you'll be forced to waste PP or take significant damage at some point.

It means you are participating in a ladder tournament, the top 8 people (determined by their elo) with that tag will be put in a separate tournament and the winner gets a prize or something

Mega Sableye is the big one.
Aegislash was banned mainly for its defensive toxic stall set (and was unbanned once it lost toxic).
If you want to count mons that were never allowed in OU, there's also Lugia and Deoxys-D.
It doesn't happen often, but it happens.
