I don't like Cinderace or Emboar much at all but Cinderace has the slight edge
Inteleon > Samurott, I don't even hate Samurott (its physiology works a lot better when you imagine it fighting underwater) but Inteleon being a water chameleon that can turn invisible to sneak around, and having gadgets like its gun hands and scope eye membranes and gliding cape and knife tail are really cool, and I think it looks fine honestly. If he was given a much better HA I bet /vp/ would be much more positive on him just like how Rillaboom became much more loved on here thanks to grassy terrain and then glide.
So I guess Galar wins for me.
